I haven't gone through the printed version, but wish to share with you my experience of the review process:

(1) The paper was "thoroughly examined" for logical errors and the feedback was communicated to the author.

(2) Opinions were expressed very "mildly"- about the contents and the references.

(3) I revised the paper to the extent that I thought that it was possible for me to do so.

You may wish to "try out" with this journal.
