Dear All:
This is 20 page paper I have just finished composing:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O6xS3Ri8XcaCQun8CEjd8Qp5FKVsewEz/view?usp=sharing
As always comments and suggestions for improvement are very welcome. Assuming, there are 10 typos per page, there should be 200 typos in the paper, and that is very likely a conservative estimate.
The mathematics is quite elementary. The interesting question is, whether proposition 6.1 is vacuously true or even if it is not vacuously true, whether it is rarely true. In either case, I am looking forward to information about some kind of impossibility that the assumptions in proposition 6.1 are "incompatible with each other".
Thanks and regards.
Somdeb.
