I dont know why

my cam is running on my system
I can see myself on vlc, but the cam is not running on yahoo-messenger
and also on skype

where is the problem, does anyone know the problem?
java does not run pervect on my system -- could it be this problem??
may I change a user type ( group or something alse? )

Please install the 'Cheese' application to see the outcome of the
camera on the monitor and take pictures or video clips. I know that I
did connect to the SKYPE an id worked well.
We can try the connection through skype after synchronizing the time
when to be next to computer.
