No Light on running Webcam

I hope I am correct here ;)
By my webcam 0c45:628f I have a Problem ;), when I start the Webcam i
have no light on the webcam when it running and it is not possible to
shut off this Cam with onboard Switch ?
I tested it in in windows 7, all is fine ;)
The webcam is configured with the kernel driver?
My last Test are with Kernel 2.6.38 / 39 and 3.0
Is this a Bug ?
