webcam installation SN9C201 (0c45:6262)

Bonsoir

I instal my new webcam in windows and it say "USB 2.0 pc camera
(SN9c201)".

I want instal it in ubuntu 8.04, I try with Amsn to see if it's
detected but he doesn't detect it

I instal it in windows and I see that's SN9C201


can I make it working in ubuntu 8.04 ??



i make some search and i founf file with PATCH extention in this group
but I don't know how to use it...



can any one tell me if it's possible to install this webcam with
UBUNTU HARDY 8.04 and how to make it (I am a newbie and I use ubuntu
since 2 weeks so you need to explain all what I must to do..lol)

I don't think that camera model is currently supported by our driver.
The following urls should tell you how to generate the windows usb
logs necessary to implement support for your camera

what issue/problem did you face while trying to get a sniffUSB log ?
