First and foremost, Thank you for taking the time to visit OUR
group! This group is as much yours, as it is mine. We're all here to
celebrate a common love, called Microcheese.
My goal here is to create a forum where "cheeseheads" (Packer
fans or not!) can share thoughts & ideas.
I have created a database of people that make/sell their
creations, as well as dairys where you can get fresh milk. So that if
you're needing a "fix" of some great "microcheese", or need some fresh
milk to make that special Gouda, you will be able to check out the
database & find a place to get it.
There is also a recipe section of user submitted creations for
you to use to amaze your friends and family.
There is also a "Cheese Trading Post". The idea is to have an
area, where if you're a cheesemaker, you can put your cheese up for
trade with other cheesemakers. There by giving you the ability to try
others and receive/provide feedback from/to fellow cheese
connoisseurs.
