Just wanted to say thank you for the PacBio CCS Amplicon SOP v1 (qiime2) workflow on your GitHub page. This worked great and was the perfect solution to all my CCS problems.

Glad to hear it...and glad to hear feedback when things are working (and not)! We plan to eventually update it a little in the coming months by fleshing it out to a complete one pager, so that you don't have to switch between that page and the "rest" of the other SOPs (nor remember to change all the instances of Deblur to DADA2, which can sometimes be annoying).
