Hi there,

Can you tell me what you’re trying to use that script for please? I can’t find reference to it anywhere in the code or the wiki of the Microbiome Helper site.

Thanks,

Robyn

Dear Robyn,

Thank you very much for your answer on this issue. I was interested in this script to generate a text table of read count per sample.

Thank you for your help, I am not a python coder ;)
Best regards,
Florine

Hi Florine,

You can find all older scripts in the release of Microbiome Helper v1.0 here.

Please note that we recommend following the latest version of the workflow, though, where you will be able to view read counts per sample in the .qzv files on the QIIME2 viewer. Microbiome analysis is constantly being updated, and improvements are being made to tools all the time.

Best wishes,

Robyn
