Random forest in R

I am using the code from the Random forest tutorial to analyze the microbiome data and even though I write code for RF_diagnosis_classify,  the algorithm is giving me a regression type of random forest. My diagnosis has 2 factors and it is a categorical variable. Can someone please someone help me with that.
