Install Microbiome helper

Hi my colleagues

I hope you are fine.

It is strange but I am very basic in Linux, but I urgently need to install Microbiome helper in my computer for analysis of our data. Could you please help me for installing the program? If you write me step-by-step it will be great.

Hey Ali,

There are instructions on this webpage: https://github.com/mlangill/microbiome_helper/wiki/Microbiome-Helper-Virtual-Box

It is a virtual box image, so it’s different than installing most other programs since you will need the virtual box program first as described on that page. Let me know if you’re having specific problems.
