CAMI III Toy dataset update / revision

Dear MICROBIOME COSI members,

For the CAMI III toy and the challenge datasets, sample-to-patient mappings are now included in the downloadable files. 

Note that we have revised the sample-to-patient assignments previously provided under the dataset description for the CAMI III Toy Longitudinal Human Gut dataset. If you are using the dataset, please check the updated dataset description and the mapping file sample_subject_mapping.tsv linked on the dataset page.
