Matlab crash when microbetracker analyse image

i'm informatician in a University in Belgium (UCL Louvain) and a user has this problem with Matlab 2014a and Microbetracker in Mac with Yosemite (last update):

I used microbetracker 0937 to delimit cells in microscopy images, I analyzed 28 images at a time. When I ran the calculation for all the images at once matlab blocked at the 6th image. i tried to do the calculation for the sixth one only, it didn't work. for subsequent images for some it works for others no ... (the images were taken on the same day with the same parameters on the same microscope)
