Hello,
I have two questions:
1. When using the spot intensity histogram function (spotinthist), what is the x-axis units? (spot intensity, image units)
2. any guidance for variations between cell outline (cell meshes) in Phase Contrast not aligning perfectly with the fluorescence image?
