I'm trying to run spotFinderZ on the cluster which doesn't deal well with interactive/gui interfaces. Any way to run spotFinderZ and/or microbeTracker from the command line?

spotFinderZ and microbetracker is a GUI based software application. There are ways to run things from the command line but we are sorry that we can not provide such help as it is out of the scope of this forum.
