spot intensity after spotFinderM

Hi,

I am a student from Texas A&M University, and have recently started to use microbeTracker and spotFinder to recognize E.coli cells and track spots inside. I am wondering if there is anyway that I can measure the spot intensity after using the spotFinderM. As for now I am using spotFinderZ to automatically detect spots to begin with, and for accuracy I have to manually clear or add spots using spotFinderM, which doesn't give spot intensity. 

I would really appreciate any help or suggestions! Thank you!

spotFinderM does not return intensity values.  To get these values, you have to use spotFinderZ.
