Hello,

Do you think it's possible to use this software to analyze images like the one attached? I'm trying to use that phase image to get meshes for the fluorescent image, which also doesn't work right using algorithm 4.

To get meshes for fluorescent images please set the invertimage parameter to 1. The attached image will give you problems in the segmentation routine.
