Cell selection dependent on presence of fluorescence

Hi! I've been working to quantify some fluorescence signals from a DAPI stain in H. neapolitanus. A lot of my images have surrounding junk due to the nature of Hn, but I thought if I could limit microbeJ's cell selection to the cells that are DAPI stained that would make sorting much more simple. Does anyone have advice on how to accomplish this? Any tips would be much appreciated!
