Demographs plot on MacOS

Hi,
I recently changed my system from Windowns to MAC. When I took my .res files to MicrobeJ on the Mac, I had a problem opening the demographs. The problem is changing the plot background which MacOS does not allow me to. I have used white plot for the paper but need to make one more figure. While I can use another computer to get the white background, I thought this problem was worth bringing up to you guys in case there was a easier solution.
