Cannot select binary stacks in 'Images'

Hello! 

I have used a pixel classifier to segment fluorescence data. I want to use the binaries generated from these to measure area/intensity etc of fluorescent signal within cell, but I am not able to choose the windows containing the stacked binaries as the 'masks' in the 'images' tab. MicrobeJ will only allow me to select single binary images. 

Help would be greatly appreciated!
