MicrobeJ plugin not working

Hello,

I am trying to use microbeJ for bacteria detection and I use the manual selection method to select background and erase background fluorescence. The manual selection method is not present. I recently got a new computer so thought I maybe downloaded an outdated version and now when I go to download this plugin I get a 503 error. I have tried on Chrome and Safari across 2 days and it is still not working.
