Batch processing and ROIs

Dear MicrobeJ Team,

there is the option to use predefined ROIs from the ROI manager to define the bateria outline and it works good. I wanted to use this ROI feature in batch processing mode as well. I have the ROIs attached in the image in an ome.tiff format and in Bio-Importer they are opened properly in the ROI manager along with the image itself, but using the same images in batchmode with saved settings calling the ROI manager function just results in 0 detected bateria. Would be happy to know, if I just forgot a checkmark or something.
