Bug: tiny text and very thin outline overlay

Hi there,

I have observed a UI bug on MicrobeJ where the text is tiny and cell overlays are thin at any zoom:

It is possible this is caused by using a UHD monitor at 4K resolution. I also tested at 1080p resolution and observed similar problem, possibly slightly less severe.

Tested on MicrobeJ 5.13l, FIJI 2.1.0, ImageJ 1.53c, Java 1.8.0_172. 

Software remains usable, just harder for the novice especially.

I have a fix for this issue. In the bacteria tab, click the grid of colors to the right of the "contour" button in the bottom left. You'll get a menu called "Colors." The top left option is "Contour," click the right of the two boxes next to "contour" and you can set the line thickness.
