Detection of cells

Hi, 

i am trying to detect my cells to analyze the area and circularity. In order to avoid Background noise i had adjusted the min  to max (e.g. area 1-max and length 0.5-max). But i do have the issue, that it takes extremely long for the detection in only 6 images. Anyone else who had this issue before?
