Fluorescent Cell Detection

Hi,

I am trying to detect cells with GFP and have had no luck so far. The tutorials only deal with phase contrast images, how should I go forward?

I am not an expert, but I believe that if you change the background to dark, and then make sure your channel is where the GFP stain would be it should work. Then just fiddle with the parameters to optimize your selection.
