cannot recover/open results .res file

Hello everyone, 

I did several analysis with MicrobeJ and saved the results as a .res file. Now I can open some of them again and others not. The error is the following: 

and in the left bottom console part:

The MicrobeJ version is 5.13l. I have tried installing older/newer versions and loading there, but it did not work.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Somehow my file exceeds the attachmend limit..
