Detection with binary masks

Hello everyone,

I am trying to provide binary masks from Omnipose to MicrobeJ to a more accurate segmentation than basic thresholding methods. But I always get the following error that I don't understand. Should the parameters of the Bacteria panel (or other) changed ?
