Caulobacter crescentus stalk detection

Hi MicrobeJ community, 

I am trying to analyse some images of caulobacter crescentus with fluorescence in the polar stalk of caulobacter. Unfortunately I don't acheive to detect the stalk with the associated cell body. 

Is there microbeJ sets up that could allow me to analyse the stalks ? If not, do you have other recommandations (may be another software?) for that kind of polar stalk analysis ?
