Celles excluded from analysis for no reason?

Hi all,

I am using masks to segment my cells, it works wonderfully but some cell are excluded from the analysis for no apparent reason (see pic)

Usually I can see which criteria is not met, but for some of them criteria are all green but still the cell is outlined in red.

Have you got ant idea why? I am using version 5.13o(17).
