Bugs with the MicrobeJ beta version (of June 21th, 2023)

Hello everyone,

I have some bugs with the last beta version of MicrobeJ. For instance, I don't manage to export result files in .csv format when I extend all the columns (it was working with the last MicrobeJ version).

I also have an error (Exception in thread "Thread-471" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0) when running analysis on big time-lipses (more than 30 frames). The reason I really need the beta version is because I am trying to segment cell aggregates and with the masks import feature it produces reliable results.

Did someone encounter the same issues ?
