Variation partitioning: sentence en missing?

Hi Pier et al.,

The "Figure 1" legend ends a little abruptly with "More matrices may be included in " ?

Also the "Figure 2" shows the following warning instead of the figure: "You need permission Want in? Ask the owner for access, or switch to an account with permission.". I guess I could request access, but maybe such a figure should display without having to grant specific privileges to readers?

And thanks again for such a brilliant resource!

Thanks for reporting! That's odd: I thought I set the bulk permissions to "public". I think that this is fixed now. I've completed the legend for Fig. 1.
Happy to hear that the resource is helping out! If you'd like to add any methods from the TARA work into a walkthrough, please let me know if I can help.

Thanks Pier, all is fixed from what I can see!
The co-occurence network computation of the Tara interatome paper is original and quite robust, it would make an interesting walk through from which many may learn about infering taxon interactions, but I don't know if this fits into the scope of GUSTAME?
