micro-LF v0.1.0

Hi micro-LF community,

It’s officially done: we have our first release, V0.1.0. I want to
quickly say thank you to everyone who contributed to this effort; this
means a lot to me.

On a more technical note:
- Some repositories were renamed:
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-riot-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-pico-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-zephyr-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-patmos-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-esp-idf-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/ulf-freertos-template
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/micro-lf-tutorial
  - https://github.com/lf-lang/micro-lf-documentation
- All of our repositories now have a nice banner (with a placeholder
logo) in the README, and were updated.
- We now have https://dev.micro-lf.org, where the Doxygen output for
reactor-uc lives.
- Before the release, I also merged the maxwait branch: the default
maxwait is now “forever.”
- I updated the main documentation with the items discussed on Thursday.

Tomorrow I will do some housekeeping on the repo (deleting branches,
closing issues, etc.).
