You don't have to install them on the same machine.
You only need to have at least one machine with LoadRunner installation connected to your Jenkins master as node.
Moreover, you should be able to place the LoadRunner scenarios on other locations on your network as long as they are reachable from your node.
I.e. you can even use UNC paths when you setup your Jenkins Job with performance test step.
