Limiting the number of runs in a trend report?

All,

I like the plugin feature that automatically adds a run to an existing trend report, but the report gets unwieldy fast. We do 2 builds a day, so after just a week we have 14 runs. The report really can't handle that. There are just too many columns to display, especially in the PDF report. We need a way to limit the number of runs in the report and automatically roll off the older runs, except perhaps for the baseline.

Does a feature like this exist? I don't see it anywhere. Without it, automatically adding a run to a trend report just isn't usable.

Hi John,

You are right. This capability is missing now. The workaround is to manually delete runs from the trend report for now.

We recognize the necessity and we will address it in one of the upcoming versions. Unfortunately, due to internal company policies, I am not allowed to share in which version exactly and when it will be released.
