AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services has several upcoming events and programs for older adults and family caregivers. Please share the attached flyers and information with anyone who might benefit. Care Partners is a special event designed just for family caregivers. Join us for a day of expert-led sessions focused on caregiving, dementia, and self-care—plus enjoy a free lunch and event T-shirt!

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a virtual program designed to help older adults and their families improve health through weight management, mindfulness, and exercise. Led by a registered dietitian nutritionist, it encourages healthier eating and exercise habits.

  • A focus on mindful eating and healthier food choices
  • Techniques for weight management and physical activity
  • Guidance from a registered dietitian nutritionist
