Hello,

I am seeking some guidance where a senior can get immediate help with an Electric bill by next week. They live in Rosedale Park area of Detroit. If anyone has any specific places to reach out it would be greatly appreciated. They said they have tried 211 but it wasn’t helpful

Thanks.

Warm regards,
