Greetings!
The holiday season is approaching fast; I can't believe Thanksgiving will be here in two weeks!
It's going to be a joyful time—but it may also be a bit chaotic and bring on stress, pressure, and emotional fatigue. MSU Extension is here to help you navigate the holidays with calm and confidence through programs designed to strengthen mental health and
resilience.
-
Mindfulness for Better Living – A Limited Series.
Running December 1–14, this special two-week program combines four of our most popular mindfulness workshops into one program. Each session is offered twice, so you can join at your convenience. Attend one or attend all four! This series is free.
-
RELAX: Alternatives to Anger - Running daily December 9-12, this course explores healthy ways to manage anger and reduce its impact on you and those around you. This class is free.
-
Tollgate Farm and Education Center (Novi, MI)- Check out our family-friendly activities coming in December. See page 3 for more information.
Whether you're interested in enhancing your wellness, diving into gardening, improving financial literacy, or exploring professional development, our December programs offer meaningful ways to grow—both personally and professionally.
