Hello friends,

Welcome to March — a month of transition and new beginnings. As we shake off the cold of winter, we’re looking forward to milder temperatures, longer days, and the first pops of color from crocuses and daffodils. If you’re a gardening enthusiast, now is the perfect time to start planning your summer garden and preparing your soil.
MSU Extension has soil test kits available for purchase ($26) at our Clinton Township office. Stop by anytime to pick one up and make sure your soil is ready for planting season.
Of course, gardening isn’t our only focus! MSU Extension offers a wide range of programs designed to spark curiosity, support healthy living, and connect our community.

Upcoming Programs & Events:

March 6 – Diabetes Lecture
Host: Chaldean Community Foundation (Sterling Heights)
Join us for an informative session on diabetes basics where we will look at different food groups, servings and number of carbohydrates .

March 11 – City of Warren Senior Health Fair (Warren)
