Wayne County; Client needs emergency transportation today.

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to see if any of our members know of resources that may be able to assist a client of mine with emergency transportation today. He is working with our organization, but we are unable to assist with this particular meeting. He is battling cancer presently and is in need of transportation to a radiation appointment today at noon at Royal Oak Beaumont hospital. He lives in Detroit and has very limited resources. He would also need a ride home at 4:00pm. He has been connected to organizations that assist with transportation, but there was an error with his insurance recently and he is unable to access transportation services at present. While he is working on that issue being restored, he may need a few additional rides for future treatments. The most significant need however, is today.

Would any of you happen to know a program that would be willing to help? He would also be open to a volunteer who works for an organization if that is a possibility?
