For goodness sake, can someone help me understand the order of this books. are this just it? what about the other series? can someone arrange all (even the ones from the other series, since i believe they intertwine somehow) in order please. i mean the ones on this here page i get but i read somewhere else that the other series (dream hunter and were hunter) some how have books that go in between this ones.
Build Objective/Theme: As I am working my way to do all achievements I needed to create a Dark Hunter build to start chipping away at the the lighty goodness I did earlier. Looking at what dark cards were available Merciless caught my eye. It does 400% offensive damage to targets that are either stunned or bound. This led to my two other picks, Hulk for his stuns, and Spiderman to round out the team with a support build and an additional Bind.
As you make your way to Ult 3 you will find it necessary to be well rounded comp in dealing damage, mitigating it, and offering other support (card draw, buffs, debuffs, etc). Though you may have played more "specialist roles" (Tank, DPS, Support) through the story, it's really doesn't work out like that as you go through harder difficulties. Flexibility in a deck is worthwhile. This is a good amount of heal (dmg on hunter) and if I don't use it I redraw to gain that +1 resist to tank a free hit
Mainly used for heroism generation, and +1 resist to allow Spiderman to tank a hit or 2 for you. The Spiderman card draw and fast is a bonus that sometimes your not going to be able to utilize as you'll want to be playing hunter and Hulk cards more than Spiderman's mid to late mission
Overall I felt this comp was decent, nothing earth shattering. The biggest weakness I felt was heroic management as hulk is VERY HANGRY, and hunters legendary consumes all of it as well. The deck could feel incosistent at times as well. I mean the whole combo I built around probably only got used 1-2 times a mission. In general I hope this gets those team building juices flowing, and maybe educated you on some misconceptions brought on by easier difficulties. I also help it shows you don't need perfect mods and most powerful heroes to do Ult 3 missions. I had fun writing this, if y'all like it maybe I'll put up another one with my current second comp Magik, Dr Spooky, and Wolverine, which I think performs better than this comp.
Made in the USA! Dark Hunter Green is a dark but vibrant blue-ish forest green is perfect for grounding a room and looks beautifully sophisticated paired with lighter greens or white fixtures and accents in a room. This cooling color looks great in any area that has access to sunlight, as it'll make the green a bit more noticeable.
The Blood Temple of Kroathar is an ancient and forgotten place, deep in the cursed forests of the realm. It is said that a powerful sword lies within its depths - a sword that could turn the tide of any war in the favor of whoever possesses it. So, the nobles request the help of a hunter to escort them to the bosom of blood magic.
Apperance
The man is very tall and muscular, with a face that seems to have been chiseled from stone, except for the scar on his face which runs across one eye and cheekbone. His hair is a burnished, dark, glossy black, and his eyes are emerald green and cold as ice. He proudly dons his knightly armor built in intricate detail by the best craftsmen in all of Eudhaymon.
The Dark Hunters are a band of mercenaries and bounty hunters under the command of a single leader known only as the Shadowed One. The members are frequently known only by their codenames, and they specialize in theft and assassination, all in the name of profit.
The first installment of Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series, Night Pleasures.
The Dark-Hunters are ancient warriors who have sworn to protect mankind and the fate of the world is in their hands. . .
He is solitude. He is darkness. He is the ruler of the night. Yet Kyrian of Thrace has just woken up handcuffed to his worst nightmare: An accountant. Worse, she's being hunted by one of the most lethal vampires out there. And if Amanda Devereaux goes down, then he does too. But it's not just their lives that are hanging in the balance. Kyrian and Amanda are all that stands between humanity and oblivion. Let's hope they win.

The Hunter cared little for skekSil's politicking and squabbles in the court of the Castle, thinking them petty. However the two did find common ground in one area: while skekMal sought trophies and skekSil sought prestige, fundamentally both pursued power. It was in this aspect that skekMal did acknowledge skekSil as a fellow hunter, albeit in a different fashion.
In J.M. Lee's Shadows of the Dark Crystal, skekMal is a figure of legend among the Spriton, who used the hunter's reputation to frighten children into behaving. Spriton song tellers narrated of how Jarra-Jen once encountered and escaped the Hunter, not knowing he was a Skeksis. Kylan himself was made an orphan and adopted by Maudra Mera after the hunter killed his parents.
You can join this covenant in the dark forest (in one of the towers joined by a bridge, past the sealed gate) by talking to the huge cat referred to as Alvina of the Darkroot Wood. Joining this covenant will result in Alvina giving you the Cat Covenant Ring, which she will use to summon you when other players, who aren't part of the Forest Hunter covenant, journey into the first part of the forest.
Having the ring equipped essentially puts you in a queue for PvP. When a non-Forest Hunter enters the area you will be summoned to "invade" them. It is possible for more than one Forest Hunter player to be summoned to invade a single trespasser (maximum of one other invader). You do not have to remain in the forest for it to work and you do not have to be in human form, though you do need to have it equipped.
Defeating a trespasser will often gives you a random titanite shard/chunk excluding red chunks (note that you do not need to land the killing blow to be credited with a victory). If the enemy is killed, you are returned to where you were standing upon being summoned and all of your spells and miracles are refilled. If you are killed, you are returned to the last bonfire you rested at, but do not lose any souls, humanity, or items. Defeated trespassers may use an Indictment on you if they possess any.
Killing any hostile creatures in the area (i.e. anything you can target) does not seem to affect your covenant status, though attacking Alvina, Shiva and any of the non-hostile NPC hunters will result in the breaking of the covenant. It seems that walking or rolling into one of the hunters in the forest can be counted as a betrayal, prompting them to ban you from the covenant and begin attacking.
This is the one and only covenant that has no betrayal penalties and also has the helpful effect of deflecting other betrayal penalties. If you join this covanent (after abandoning another without Oswald's help) you will not receive the penalties of leaving that previous covenant. However, if you get kicked out of a covenant, it will earn you a sin. (PvP Sin)
The dark hunter is a being that resides in Ezra's wood. It fights continuously with Ezra. Ezra tells Kylar that it is his 'hubris'. In the beginning of Beyond the Shadows, Kylar leads a group of 5000 Lae'knaught into the woods and uses the hunter to kill them all. Ezra uses the Dark Hunter to protect the artifacts of power that Kylar and Durzo threw into the woods. It imprints a mark on the items which allows it to track them for miles. The only thing able to conceal them is the Black Ka'kari. The dark hunter is a near invincible killing machine. In the last part it is drawn to Black Barrow by Curoch. It seems to be incredibly fast. As soon as it touches the Curoch, the hordes of Krul, Demons, bone lords, and the titan all die and are replaced by red flowers and a lush green land. It then retreats to the woods and has not been seen since
Gon finally hunted down his elusive father, satisfying his desire to find the mysterious and unseen hunter. Unfortunately, Kurapika's goal of collecting all his clan members' eyes has set him on another collision course with the terrifying Tserriednich, who has a vast collection of Kurta body parts. While Kurapika's dangerous path is still unfolding, a valid conclusion is on the horizon, leaving Killua and Leorio to accomplish their goals. Leorio will likely find his time to shine when he saves one or multiple friends from near-death situations, but Killua's is a bit muddier. His dream morphs into protecting and traveling with his sister, Alluka, but what that will consist of is open-ended.
Most of Meteor City's inhabitants will welcome and accept Killua and Alluka since ties to the underworld have almost always been part of the city's structure. That said, recent changes in the residents will create tension and unavoidable conflict. The fallout of Hunter x Hunter's "Chimera Ant" arc completely changed Meteor City after it became the target destination for Gyro. With a powerful presence and magnetic personality, he will bring his macabre worldview and allies to help spread his darkness.
Even with this exceptional mixture of talents, Killua and Alluka could find themselves overwhelmed. Gyro's ties to the darker sides of the underworld will help him rebuild strong forces to confront anyone who could disrupt his machinations. Given enough time, it would be easy to assemble an army, usurped Meteor City's council, and build his kingdom from the city's carapace. If the worst-case scenario proves true, this conflict could become one of the largest in Hunter x Hunter as the Zoldyck siblings and their newly assembled crew rely on the "Dark Continent" arc survivors to enter the fray.
