Housefires released How to Start a Housefire Part III on Nov. 3 via Capitol CMG / Tribl Records. According to their artist biography, the three-part series is "about stripping away the veneer and illusion of 'success and fame,' within a worship or music industry context" and "meant to be a resource for the church in thought and creed."
Everyone knows how easy it is to get hung up in self-loathing. But on her breakthrough single "Belovedness," worship singer Sarah Kroger reminds us it's time to appreciate our God-given beauty and His steadfast love, too.
Beyond music, Kroger is a contemporary worship leader in the Catholic Church. "Worship became my language with God," she revealed in a press statement. "It allowed me to communicate with the Lord in a way I hadn't experienced before. There was something about it that opened my heart."
The 2022 song is a testament to Tim Godfrey's dedication to creating music that inspires and uplifts his listeners. The song is a perfect blend of contemporary gospel music and traditional worship chants, making it a unique and refreshing addition to the Nigerian gospel music scene.
In conclusion, "Worship Chant" is a must-listen for anyone who loves gospel music. Tim Godfrey's talent and passion for music shine through in every note of this beautiful song. So sit back, relax, and let the music take you on a journey of worship and praise.
Roman Catholic liturgical renewal began early in the 20th century amonga group of German, French and Belgian Benedictines who were inspired bynew knowledge of how the first Christians conducted their worship. Withpermission from Rome, the reformers undertook to restore layparticipation in the liturgy. The reformers revived congregationalsinging of chants and hymns that accompany the Mass. In place of ornatealtars, they celebrated Mass on plain stone tables, and they faced thecongregation instead of the wall. They introduced the"dialogue" Mass, in which the congregation responds to theprayers of the priest. Some reformers advocated that at least parts ofthe Mass be recited in the language of the people.
Far from being a nostalgic re-creation of ancient ceremonies, liturgicalreform has been an attempt to make Catholic worship more meaningful tothe congregation. Says Godfrey Diekmann: "We're trying to restoreworship as the center of life."
Liturgy, a source of religious strife during the Reformation, is today aforce for Christian unity. Liturgical reform is bringing Catholicworship closer to Protestant practices. At the same time, some U.S.Protestant and Episcopal churches have introduced into worshippractices once considered "popish," such as incense and eucharisticvestments at Holy Communion. Long before Protestants and Catholicssucceed in resolving their doctrinal conflicts, they may find that theold, divisive differences in forms of worship have already vanished.

@3family6, Ilovechristianmusic, Royalbroil, and Walter Görlitz: I want to know, if you all think each one of these worship artists are notable for inclusion on Wikipedia? The Cross Bearer (talk) 08:44, 1 October 2015 (UTC)
A single editor keeps adding what I think is innuendo to an article about a well-known Christian worship musician who has started to publicly question his faith. I started a discussion on the article's talk page and would appreciate a few non-involved eyes on the issue.
