Released mikmatch 1.0.1 for OCaml/Camlp4 3.11.0

Toplevel support is back but the "mikmatch" and "mikmatch_str"
commands were not recreated. Instructions for using mikmatch
interactively under 3.11 can be found in the tutorial at
