Hi everyone,

I'm going to keep this very short  - since the topic is emotional and because I don't think it needs too much explanation. 

As some of you know, I BH live in Yerushalayim. My husband learns in the Bobover Kollel. On the day after Lag Bomer, we were devasted to find out that his Rosh Kollel,  Rav Mendel Englard, lost his two sweet boys in the tragedy at Meron.

I can go on about what a special family the Englards are, how terrifying the loss of two sons must be, how strong and inspiring the family was at the shivah. But the articles are all over the place, and anyway - a yid is a yid is a yid. And it's a terrible loss to all of us.

Towards the end of shivah, Rav Englard asked one of the kollel yingerleit if it would be possible to write a Sefer Torah for his two boys - Moishy and Shea'le  a'h. The Bobover Kollel in Yerushalayim has undertaken to raise the money. 

This isn't the type of campaign that's getting splashed around Whatsapp groups and billboards. But I thought you might want to have a part in this zechus. I know that just the idea of this project gives me some nechama - and a hope for the family's nechama. Feel free to forward to anyone.
