Another dominant performance, fitting of a team chasing legendary status.  While my team did pop some champagne after officially clinching the regular season championship and unofficially clinching the overall points lead (Lee, feel free to Paypal me what I am owed at your earliest convenience), we have bigger goals in sight.  I'll have to check the record books, but I suspect that I am going to break the league record for most points scored in a regular season (I currently have a 197 point lead).  Through 12 weeks, I am averaging approximately 142 points per week.  To put that in perspective, Levy and AJ have not reached 142 points at any point all season.  Anything can happen in the playoffs, but my guys are very excited about the opportunity in front of them.  Lots of drama in week 13, as only 4 teams have clinched the playoffs, and only one team has clinched a bye.  Since I play AJ, who is officially eliminated, I'm thinking about resting my starters and giving some of my loyal depth players a chance to shine.  They've earned it.

#1)  Jon is the one who handled the money this year, so he'll have to be the one sending you funds.

#2)  Even with your historic regular season, just know that there is a Serve Train in great position of making the playoffs.  And you find yourself in the unfortunate position of standing squarely on the tracks.  Watch out, Adam.  Watch out.

Just an update (didn't want to leave you guys hanging while on the edge of your seats): with 58 points this week, the Pursuit of Immortality will surpass Gaiman's 2013 Beast Mode squad for most total regular season points in league history.  All great records are meant to be broken.  Gaiman, if you want to be quoted in the official press release on Sunday, please feel free to chime in.

Your PR team will likely choose to leave it but here's my quote:

"The Warriors broke the Bulls regular season record last year but unfortunately allowing the Cavs to come back from 3-1 in the finals is their legacy that will always be remembered.  Can only hope a similar occurrence doesn't tarnish the Pursuit of Immortality's legacy on an otherwise dream season."

its 20% goes to reg season winner, 20% goes to runner up in playoffs, 60% goes to champ

So 336 for reg season winner
336 for runner up
1,008 for champion.

Nope.  I have PayPal.  We can work something out I'm sure if you don't have PayPal.

Adam -- are you a little more afraid of the Serve Train now that the Conductor outbid you by $2 for Vernon Davis and $1 for Packers DST?

I'm mildly annoyed that I didn't bid a bit more, but let's just say if you are relying on Vernon Davis and the Packers D to beat me in a few weeks, godspeed.
