This meeting is to inform those that are helping out with the expo or that are bringing games. Also this is the time to address any questions or concerns that anyone may have prior to the expo. We will also have free pulled pork sandwiches from Mick McDonald and we will be doing at least 2 side tournaments during the meeting.
We will cover:
Volunteerning: Incentives & free Volunteer Shirts
Bringing games: Incentives & Awards
Speakers
Tournaments
Set up and Tear down
Afterparty plans
Much more!
The meeting will last less than 1 hour
The tournaments will vary on time depending on number of entries.
