Asalamalaikum everyone!

Many of the MSAs in the Detroit area are inviting you to the Annual MSA Fundraising Banquet! Every year the MSA’s of your local communities get together to host a fundraising charity event for a certain benefactor  This year InshAllah our benefactor is going to be the Syrian American Medical Society, also known as SAMS. SAMS is non-profit organization that is comprised of medical professionals, that affords its members educational and inspirational experiences. SAMS mission is to enhance professional, educational, humanitarian and cultural activities. SAMS also has many projects in which they coordinate donations of routine and emergency medical care in support of those in need in Syria. The Detroit MSAs will be working in coordination with SAMS for this MSA Banquet which will be focused on providing medical help for the Syrian refugee camps in Jordan. This event will take place on Friday, April 18 2014 at Tahweed Center in Farmington Hills from 6:30pm-10:00pm. Our speakers will be Br. Saad Omar and Dr. Opada Alzohaili.
