I am forwarding a note I received from an STC/SM officer that tonight's event in Okemos (if you were registered/planning to attend) has been postponed due to the weather advisory.

Due to the weather advisory in effect until 9pm tomorrow evening, the STC/SM chapter is postponing the “How Tech Writers’ Tools Help with Effective Communication” program that was scheduled to be held at TechSmith in Okemos tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/18). Watch for this program offering to be rescheduled in the spring.
Note: In addition to reaching our registered attendees, we want to make sure we reach any “walk-ins” who were planning to attend. Therefore, you may receive multiple messages about this cancellation as we try to cover all our bases via Eventbrite, the STC/SM listserv, LinkedIn, and the Renewing Members message that went out. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
