Senior UX Practitioner/Project Manager

Position Requirements
· Expertise and extensive experience in user research, interaction design experience a plus
· Strong project management skills
· Enthusiasm for speaking and writing about UX methodologies and success stories
· Ability to define and perform UX projects for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to not-for-profits and start-ups
· Collaborative—experience heading and working on small teams as lead researcher or project manager
· Experience managing client relationships, reviewing/editing project deliverables, and ensuring that deliverables meet client needs
· Excellent communication skills, especially strong writing skills
Position Logistics
· Position is based at TecEd’s Ann Arbor headquarters, with two in-office days weekly
· Other days, work either at TecEd or in your home office, coordinating with TecEd team members and clients by phone, Web conferencing, email, etc.
· Full- or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week), ability for occasional project travel preferred
