Sharon--  Both Rochelle and I will be out of state at a conference in Phoenix that morning.  The MIEC meeting will begin at 7 AM local time in Phoenix.  We may be able to join a call for a few minutes before the conference begins at approximately 8 AM.  I'll let you know more when I get the agenda and make sure when we start in Phoenix.  --Frank
