denovo_uniose does not work

Dear Davide,

I installed MICCA on my personal PC and I was able to merge, trim, and filter all reads; however, when using micca otu -m denovo_unoise -i filtered.fasta -o denovo_unoise_otus -t 4 -c

the following output appears

Error: vsearch v2.7.1_linux_x86_64, 1.9GB RAM, 8 cores

and nothing happens.

How can I solve this?
