Picking OTUs for use in PICRUSt

Dear MICCA users,

I tried all the commands for 

Picking OTUs for use in PICRUSt

when I perform

micca tablestats -i otutable.txt -o tablestats

I get an error message. Until this step everything worked fine, but the otutable.txt was not created. How to solve this?

Error: File otutable.txt does not exist

hits.txt  otus.fasta  tablestats
